The SOA hostmaster in every zone.conf should match the hostmaster field here.

Field	Meaning
`hostmaster`	Contact address published in every zone's SOA record
`technical`	Notified for DNSSEC rollovers and other operational events
`billing`	Notified for billing and subscription matters
`notify_on_deploy`	Whether to notify `technical` contacts when a change deploys
